  • Reveals another person’s private, confidential, sensitive, or personal information without authorization.
  • Contains malware, spyware, tracking mechanisms, corrupted files, malicious code, or other harmful material.
  • Contains spam, unsolicited promotions, unauthorized advertising, chain letters, pyramid schemes, affiliate links, mass solicitations, or other commercial content not approved by us.
  • Misrepresents your identity, affiliation, qualifications, experience, or relationship with any person, business, product, or service.
  • Attempts to manipulate, artificially inflate, suppress, or distort reviews, ratings, comments, engagement, search rankings, sales, or customer feedback.
  • Otherwise violates this Policy, our Legal Terms, or any applicable law.

5. Reviews and Ratings

If you submit a review, rating, testimonial, comment, or other feedback, you agree that:

  • Your review must reflect your honest opinion and actual experience.
  • You must not submit a fake, false, misleading, AI-generated, purchased, incentivized, or manipulated review.
  • You must not submit a review on behalf of someone else or falsely claim to be a customer.
  • You must not submit a review for a product or service you have not personally used, purchased, or experienced.
  • You must clearly disclose any material connection you have to us, our products, our competitors, or any product or service being reviewed, including employment, ownership, family relationships, gifts, discounts, free products, compensation, affiliate relationships, or other incentives.
  • You must not organize, participate in, or encourage campaigns to post fake, misleading, coordinated, or deceptive reviews, whether positive or negative.
  • You must not threaten, pressure, or compensate another person to post, change, suppress, or remove a review.
  • You must not post false statements about the legality, safety, quality, performance, origin, or characteristics of any product, service, business, or person.

We may remove or reject reviews that violate this Policy, our Legal Terms, applicable law, or the integrity of our review system.

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright Complaints

You may not use the Services to upload, post, share, sell, distribute, or otherwise make available any material that infringes the intellectual property rights of any person or entity.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
